Bell Canada
Roaming fees:
Bell is waiving roaming fees i.e. waiving all Roam Better and all pay-per-use roaming fees for all destinations and for all consumers and small businesses between March 18th and April 30th 2020.
Mobile Internet:
Starting on March 19th, to assist those working from home during the COVID-19 situation, Bell will be providing consumers and small business customers with Turbo Hubs, Turbo Sticks and MiFi devices an extra 10 GB of domestic usage and a $10 credit on their existing plan for each of their current and next billing cycles.
TV
To help Canadians stay informed on the evolving situation, several news networks are offering free previews. Those include: CBC News, CP24, CTV News, ICI RDI and LCN. In addition, several channels can be previewed for free in categories of Entertainment, Family and Lifestyle.
Residential Services
To assist Canadians working from home because of COVID-19, Bell will waive extra usage fees for all residential internet customers until April 30th.
Help with bill payment:
Bell understands that customers could be facing financial challenges during the COVID-19 situation and they can set up a flexible payment option in the self-serve tools and this will ensure that their services remain active.
Rogers
Roaming:
Waive Roam Like Home and all pay-per-use roaming fees in all countries where they offer roaming for all postpaid consumers and small businesses travelling outside of Canada between March 16th and April 30th 2020.
Mobile:
Until April 30, Rogers will waive long distance calling across Canada for wireless, wireless home phone customers and small business.
TV
All Rogers TV and Ignite TV customers will have free access to some of the popular channels automatically, starting March 16 until April 30, 2020
Residential services:
Waiving data overage fees for home internet usage starting March 14 until May 31, 2020
Waving long distance charges for Rogers home phone consumers for calls to anywhere in Canada starting March 16 until April 30, 2020
Help with Bill Payments:
Beginning March 16 until June 14, Rogers will ensure accounts will not be suspended or disconnected for any customers experiencing financial difficulties. In addition, they will support customers facing financial uncertainty because of COVID-19 with more flexible payment options.
Return policies extended since some stores are closed:
Hudson’s Bay
Since all stores have been closed since March 17, The Bay has adjusted their return policy so that any purchase placed after January 17, 2020 can be returned in store within 30-days of re-opening.
Free Shipping:
Nespresso
You can receive standard free shipping on all coffee orders until March 31st, 2020. All coffee orders must include a minimum of 50 capsules for packaging reasons.
