I worked on a simple strategy to accumulate the required 40 base airmiles at Shell.
I would pump pass either as 20l or 40l depending on how low the level was in the car. This allowed me to accumulate well over 40 base Airmiles and I received an email last week that I have qualified for Shell Go+ for next year.
I had done an indepth review in my earlier post, but lets have a quick look at some of the perks again that you can take advantage of on your normal purchasing:
1. 100% more Miles when you purchase 10 L or more of Shell V-Power premium fuels.
2. 50% more Miles when you purchase 20 L or more of Shell Bronze, Silver and Diesel fuels.
3. 100% more Miles when you spend $5 or more in-store.
Dont forget to take advantage of multipliers by using some of the cards as below:
Amex Cobalt and get 2x MR Select points per $1
TD Visa Aeroplan and get 1.5 Aeroplan per $1
Its a great way to accumulate Airmiles and redeem them for items other than travel during these times of reduced travel.
