Sunwing has just announced that all southbound flights from March 17 – April 9 are cancelled. Northbound flights will continue to operate.
As a result, the rebooking and refund policies are updated as below:
Departure date: March 17 – April 9, 2020.
Customers are eligible to receive a full cash refund or a future travel credit. Customers who opt for a travel credit will receive an additional $100 per person to be used towards a future booking.
Note: To redeem the additional $100 travel credit per person, booking must be made at least 30 days prior to departure.
All you have to do is submit a form online as below by clicking on this page and select one of the two options.
Departure date: April 10 to April 30, 2020.
You may cancel and receive a future travel credit in the value of the original package price paid.
Note: This credit can be redeemed against future travel for departures up to and including March 31st, 2021.

Departure date: May 01 2020 onwards.

However for Group Bookings, you need to contact your travel agent or Group Sales Representative.
