Further to the global announcement of the upcoming changes to the SPG, Marriott and the The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, its not really all doom and gloom. In fact there are more questions now than answers.
However, one change that impacts Canadians, is the referral bonus for the Amex SPG cards. It is being changed from 5000 SPG points to a statement credit of $25.
So, if you have been holding off referring a friend, make sure you do it and they apply for it before midnight tonight.
