Hot on the heels of the targeted promo that I wrote about yesterday on the lower price to purchase Aeroplan miles, they come along and now offer a 35% bonus on transfer of Bonvoy points to Aeroplan.
Now this is a promo definitely worth taking advantage of and doing it in increments of 60,000 Bonvoy points.
So, if you transfer 60,000 Bonvoy points, you will get:
a. 20, 000 Aeroplan miles.
b. Bonvoy will also add another 5,000 Aeroplan miles (as normal)
c. In addition you will now also get the 35% bonus of 8750 miles.
So, you end up with 33,750 instead of the normal 25,000 in exchange for 60,000 Bonvoy points.
This is a great promo, one that I have taken advantage of when they last ran it as recently in April of this year.
Act quickly as this promo expires soon on June 26, 2019.
Note while the 25,000 points post rather quickly, it can take 4-6 weeks for the 35% bonus to post to Aeroplan.
